My firmware came with 4.4.2 android installed allready everything worked flawlessly and i decided to put a new rom. That was my mistake. I was complete idiot i forgot to do a backup. And i manage to root my phone via V-root. Went to needrom and tried few roms. After i installed first rom from iceman ported cyanogen mod 11 everything worked flawlessly except rear camera. Then i tried rom from baldos81 aosp rom and then rear camera also didnt worked and both sims didnt worked also ( phone cant detect both sims). I,m using windows 8.1 and tried to instal v com drivers but i couldnt. I disabled signcature verification or something, tried to instaled them manually no success. If i could just get sp flash tools working maybe i could save my phone. But i tried every single tutorial i could find on internet with no success. Please guys i found this forum best for things like this. If anyone could help me and save my from this misery. I got my phone 3 days ago and now its useless. Any help is appreciated. Thx in front.
Well i manage to get get sp flash tools working properly. Thx God. But my rear camera still dont work and my 2 sims also. Sim menagment under phone settings is not available i cant click on it. I flashed stock 4.4.2 rom found on doogee.cc official site but with no success. I backed up my imei with Mtk navram tools and i have it saved on my computer and sd card. Please Help.

Use the official firmware. Forget about these custom ROMs. They normally cause more problems than they fix and often come loaded with apps the ROM maker thinks are cool.
Sounds like you need to restore NVRAM. See tutorial area here on how to do it. If you don't have NVRAM for your phone, you may need someone with dg550 to upload it for you.
What I would do - format with SP Flash Tools. "Download" ROM onto phone (instead of firmware upgrade). Restore NVRAM.

I have navram saved on my sd card and computer bro. Can u be specific what to do in order. I dont wanna brick it again. THank you in front man. But i think you need to root phone first and i did that. I restored nvram. And my phone state now is nvram restored, rooted, no sim, no rear camera.

It could be that Doogee changed cameras in the newer dg550. Not sure, but this is the most likely reason rear camera not working.
If you restored NVRAM and the SIM is not there, I recommend formatting and "download" your stock ROM/backup with SP Flash Tool. Then restore NVRAM. You can also try writing IMEI with MTK Droid Tool, but I don't hold much hope for that and it for sure won't fix the camera issue.

About the SIM, so you have invalid IMEIs? How about your serial number?
Went through the same thing when I updated a ROM. Lost my serial number and IMEIs.
After restoring Serial number, you can do the usual IMEI restore methods.

How can i restore serial number Athos man? Can u give me some guide or link to do it.
I just checked my phone via mtk droid tools and my imei-s are null. Also baseband v is empty. Uboot build v, and lcd driver rows has the same : should be root shell. Other is fine.
DOnt get it i restored my imeis with nvram sucsesfull after i rooted phone and twrp instal. Is there other way to do something first before restoring nvram backup? SHould i try that format first?

Wait, have you restored your NVRAM backup?
Have you verified SN is invalid? dial *#66# then tap on SN, what does it say?

Well when i type that code it says turno of airplane mode to place a call. And my airplane mode is allready of. But when i go to phone status/about and there i have SN with leters and numbers its there.

. I wanna cry now. Phone arrived 4 days ago and because of my stupidity i can give it to my kid to play with. Is there any hope or chance? I will not hesitate to donate to anyone who can help me or something. twistyplayin if u reading this bro give some hope since i saw u are doogee expert. Any help is appreciated.
