Feiteng H9500 S4 Camera Problem

i got my phone 3 day's ago. i made 2 photo's and rebooted the mobile now my camara does not work. antutu cant even see that i have a camara.

some 1 know what 2 do? ( the phone was rooted when i got it)

my previus phone was alsow a galaxy ace and i love the quicknes of this phone only down site that 3g and ipv4 browsing issnt that fast. but compared the ace its still great

i tryed 5 apps even antutu does not sow that a camera is pressend i reseted it 2 factroy still nothing happend. or did you mean reinstal the stock rom?

Remember, if you install a new ROM, depending on the seller, they may use it as an excuse to not honor the warranty. So that is up to you.

Whatever you do, if you can't get it working, be aware of the cut off date for reporting it to PayPal and requesting a refund. Don't let them keep stalling you until the PayPal or CC protection is no longer valid.

i contacted the sell he is contacting the factory for a stock rom. well i think its rooted it to look more like a S4. becouse i got a samsung logo when it starts up. and thats not normal for a feiteng S4.

well the phone broke down. the touche screen sticks 2 the lowerscreen. sow im going 2 return the phone some 1 know a beter one ?

Hello all,

This is a known issue with this model, the camera plug comes loose, no new rom or anything like that is needed.

Heres how to fix it, unscrew the backplate screws and "pop" the backplate off, when the backplate is lose it can be a bit tight around the camera area, but dont worry just give it a pull and then you will be able to plug the camera back in the socket.

you must remove the back cover ,the battery ,(remove the screw) the white back main cover very carefull and you will see the camera.
check the main plug of the camera.
and also the main reason that the camera stop to work and the auto focus is this matter.
the main plug of the camera causes the problem with the non work of the camera and the auto focus function.
if you hear a noise when you power the phone is the auto focus that stuck and dosen't work.
check the plug of the camera!
