Did it just start doing it by itself, or did you do something to your phone?
Just a guess, but sounds like you will need to flash firmware.

Okay. If you can't get into recovery, it looks like you'll need to flash firmware for your phone with SP Flash. Contact the seller and tell them you need the stock firmware, or try to find your phone on needrom.com

is download mode the factory mode?No. SP Flash tool is run on your PC. Make sure you have the correct firmware downloaded for your phone and then follow the steps.
