Hello,

I have bricked my DG310 phone.
It does not boot at all, and when i connect my phone to usb it is connect for 3sec and disconnected. I'm using Win 7 64bit PC

Sounds like you're having a driver problem. download usbdeview ([Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]) and uninstall your phone's IDs. Windows will automatically install the drivers when you plug your phone to your computer (takes a few minutes to install, just wait for it). if you run into problems, download the ultimate driver pack ([Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]) and install pdanet drivers manually.

you can also try some tips and tricks listed in this thread [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
try pressing the hard buttons while flashing. try volume down or power + volume down or volume up, etc.
and make sure you are using the latest version of sp flash tool.

Thank you very much for your help, I'll try.
Does it make sense that there is problem of driver on the same computer that already flashed with?
I tried to downgrade from version 5.0 to version 4.4, and since then the phone stopped working

Sometimes when a phone is bricked like this, the incorrect driver will attempt to load. Not sure why its like that, by I've successfully flashed and bricked, then next flash couldn't flash until I switched drivers. Not saying that's the problem here.

Since you're on older SoC, you can try older versions SP Flash. That sometimes fixes the issue too.

I tried your suggestions but still no luck.
The phone connects and disconnects after 3 seconds, the win 7 OS not pass the install driver process and end it after the device been disconnected.
I noticed that in the end I got "Alcatel Single RNDIS Interface" installed with the following hardware IDs: USB \ VID_0E8D & PID_0003 & REV_0100

any additional suggestions?

Can you see what it says when it first pops up for the first few seconds? Normally when this happens, you need to change drivers, or try different SP Flash Tool version.

Should I do it in the 3 seconds time frame, when the device connects and disconnects?
How do I know I found the right driver?
Will the device not be disconnected again after 3 seconds?
