Hi kenzahem !
What's the matter ? Don't worry ... I will try to help you :-)
Please be patient ... I'm downloading all files for you (to control them before to give you).
And then, I will upload them and I will give you the links.
:-)
Well ... I've just uploaded a zip that include all necessary files for your device.
I have also put the USB driver into the zip :
http://www.mediafire.com/download/ob850676yxc51qc/A9+.zip
Download AIO Flasher from here :
http://www.mediafire.com/download/ucd0y2fxjl77462/Android_AIO_Flasher_1.40_by_King.of.gsm.7z
Follow the next steps :
1: Turn off the device.
2: Press Volume Up+Power until you see green screen (fastboot)
3: Connect USB and install Drivers
4: Open AIO Flasher In Console (Green) Type
If you see your device then
Select Boot > Select Boot.img> Click Erase > Flash
Select Recovery > Select Recovery.img> Click Erase > Flash
Select System > Select System.img> Click Erase > Flash
Finally from Reboot Menu Select "From Fastboot" > Click Reboot
:-)

Hi kenzahem !
It's a big issue. Not even any light when you put in charge your device ?

Dear kenzahem,
if there isn't any light on when you plug the charger, I can't solve your issue.
My opinion is that it is a hardware issue. I have posted (on 05-31-2015, at 04:17 PM) the only solution that I knew.
Desolated :-(

Thanks Cleo, but it still detected with my PC. I think there is no issue on the hardware.
There is a only way to solve this, by flashing to SP FLASH TOOL.

Hi kenzahem !
You haven't told me that your PC detected your device with USB cable.
However, SP Flash Tool isn't the only possible solution to solve your issue.
At first, try MTK Droid Tool ... and tell me if this software detect your device please.
If MTK Droid Tool will detect your device, I will tell you how to (probably) solve your issue.
There is also another way to solve your issue (using the boot.img that I have given you inside the zip).
Please keep me update on the situation.
:-)
