Maybe I should have mentioned that my main feature required above all is that it must be 3G 900/2100Mhz.
So far the UMI X3 seems to be the winner here unless someone else has something to say.

It says..
* Processor: 8-core 1.4 GHz CPU frequency (standard) / 8-core 1.7 GHz CPU frequency (enhanced)
* RAM: 1.4G, 1GB (standard) or 1.7G, 2GB (enhanced)
What does it mean by enhanced?

Even though you thought it only had 850/2100?
Most shops are selling this phone in the $250 range. Some shops $300+. http://m.aliexpress.com/search.htm?keywords=UMi+x3
If a shop has it for $200, there's probably another reason. Go looking for the absolute dirt cheapest price on everything is never a good idea...
It can't hurt to try for a cheaper price through price match on Merimobiles though.

Well as long as I have PayPal on my side, I am not concerned the slightest.
I've sent through a price match with Merimobiles. I await their response now.

you may not be, but you should be. things don't always work out with PayPal refunds and it can be a long, drawn out hassle. better to just deal with a decent shop from the start instead of looking for bottom basement bargain deals.
you're only covered for 45 days as well. a couple weeks of that will be waiting for the phone (guess you're going with standard shipping). after that, if the phone has some issue, you're screwed if you've dealt with a bargain basement shop.
anyways, it's your choice. i think submitting a pricematch there was a good idea. I don't think it's a good idea to go ahead and just purchase from the absolute cheapest shop you can find if merimobiles can't match the bargain basement price. but...that's your choice obviously.

I've been a member of PayPal since 2003 & have made hundreds of purchases over the years so I know the routine when it comes to dealing with any kind of situation in regards to it.

UMi is a quality brand with generally low complaints and ticks all the boxes for your spec requirements...Good luck with wherever you end up getting it from.

I had written where the Umi X3 was advertised but just as I suspected, the name was removed hence why i didn't mention it earlier but none the less, they are a reputable company. Just waiting on Merimobiles to get back to me now.
Thank you for your support Sniper47. Cheers!
