You need to be more detailed. What do you mean 'not working'? What tag types have you tried. It's only compatible with certain kinds. What function are you trying to accomplish?
Many people have fixed their NFC bending the prongs out further to make sure they're making contact.
For GPS first cold lock, you need to leave the phone outside for 15 minutes with GPS Test set to not turn off screen.
Date and time error can be fixed with xposed and gravity box.
Take a deep breath and take it easy.

You manually changed gps.conf, or did it through faster gps app?
In regards to NFC, it's not going to be compatible with all devices and tag types.

Try to factory reset. Don't use any app or anything else. Factory reset, install GPS test. Set it to not turn off screen. Then sit phone outside for 15 minutes.

Try to delete mtkgps.dat. Make sure agps and epo are on as well.

While in CWM, delete the Cache, delete the Dalvik Cache, install Mobile Uncle Tools and check if EPO is enabled in the MTK Engineering mode Location Based Sevices section (should be enabled, was with mine when I checked).
If your phone detects 12 satellites, but does not see them right away, wait for at least 5 minutes for them to show up.
I have a satellite fix in 5 seconds on mine, the most satellites it saw was 18.
