[Question] Boot Animation Problem

Hello everyone, I am here today because I have been having a problem with my boot animation and can't see to figure out how to fix it, no matter what I try works. Before I ask my question I would like to give you a brief history on what I was doing before this problem came about.

Phone is a GT-N9006 - Note 3 Clone

I was doing the EBR mod to increase my internal memory, using EBRtweak and the tutorials found on this site. I was able to increase the memory but not to the desired 5GB I was happy with the increase and did not try to get the desired 5GB. Now before attempting this when I reboot my phone the boot animation was the Samsung Note 3 animation, however after the EBR mod my boot animation just says "Android"

Now my question:

How do I fix this?

I have the boot animation file in the correct location and the permission is set to rw-r-r (image attached) but still nothing. Can anyone help me with this?

What caused the problem.. The EBR mod?

If so, then putting the boot animation isn't going to fix anything. Reflash your phone back to stock ROM. Manually edit your EBR if you really need to. Don't use EBR tweak. I suggest just editing it to 4gb.

I don't know what caused the problem, I have already flashed it back to stock, the only problem with the reflash was that I had accidentally deleted the original EBR file so all I have now is the edited/modify EBR which means I can't really go back to stock because the EBR has been modified. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say, anyway I don't know what caused the problem I am just speculating because it happened after I modified the EBR and flashed it with the new/modified EBR so naturally I would suspect that is what caused it.

However I don't think or see how that could cause a problem with Bootanimation.zip but I'm not an expert just a user with FYI aspirations lol.
