[Question] I NEED HELP WITH MY MTK6589 HDC S4 CLONE

hello friends and DEV. i bought an MTK6589 HDC S4 WITH AIR GESTURES AND SMART SCROLL....
THE PHONE WON"T ROOT BUT THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM,
MY TROUBLE IS. I CONNECTED THE PHONE TO MY DESKTOP COMPUTER AND WHEN THE STOCK SDCARD CAME UP, I DELETED ALL THE DATA ON IT EVERY SINGLE FILE, EVEN THE BACKUP FOR RECOVERY I MISTAKENLY DELETED,
I WANTED TO UPDATE IT TO THE ENZYNOS VERSION
I COULDNT UPDATE ZIP IN RECOVERY MOD BECAUSE IT DIDNT RECORGNIZED THE ZIP FILE
SO I TRIED TO POWER IT ON BACK
WELL NOW THE PHONE WONT BOOT, IT JUST SHOWS THE MTK ANDROID LOGO THEN SWITCH TO LOADING... AND THEN GOES BACK AGAIN..

PLEASE HOW WHAT CAN I DO ,
CAN ANY ONE HELP ME OUT WITH A BACKUP FILE OF THIER STOCK ROM...

But you may want to contact the shop you bought it from to see if they can direct you to the exact stock firmware for your phone. There are a lot of S4 clones out there, and some shops selling 'HDC S4' that aren't HDC at all.

all those are rom what i need is a userdata or backed up file... i cant even install any thing on it because when i connect it to the system it keeps going off and on, it doesnt even charge

Are you able to get into recovery for a factory reset?

i use to but it wont since all there is no data available.
i tried flashing another rom today...with spflash tool it showed red,purple and theen it hung on yellow... untill flashtool showed an error and now the phone wont boot like b4 it just remain off, i tried flashing it back but flash tool keep showing error telling me to ENABLE DRAM FAILED
