[Question] Xiaocai X6 not working

Hello All,

I have one Xiaocai X6, which stop working. Now when you switch it on appears the logo of Xiaocai and stays.
It is not possible to turn it off or to make anything else.
Is it possible to reset it?

Hi! No we didn't make update or anything else. The phone was dropped once, but I don't think this is the problem. Some time before this happen the torch stop to light also.

It's odd for something like that to happen. You can try factory reset. With the phone off, hold Volume up + power for 10 seconds. If that doesn't bring you to a menu that has factory data reset, power off and try again, but hold volume down instead of up.

It doesn't have up and down keys for the volume. I tried with all the arrows and the turn on/off key but no result. Up+on/off for 10 sec, down+on/off for 10 sec, left+on/off for 10 sec, right+on/off for 10 sec.
Maybe I have to press another combination.

Okay. I see now that it's not Android. I assumed Android. I'm afraid I don't have any other advice for this phone. Maybe time for an upgrade? Or purchase another. Looks like only $29. You'll then have 10,000mAh Sorry for not able to help further.
