Hi, Gamdito27. Did you lose your imei or is your concern that you only have one?
Your device's specs say dual Sim card with dual standby. For phones like these, only one imei is usually provided for both SIMs. That's normal.
But if you've list it, you can also try using MTK Droid Tools to restore your imei. Just have it recognize your phone, then click on the imei button. You will be asked to enter the numbers there, then restore them.
Good luck!

about imei, i mean my phone only have 1 imei and i concern because other china phone with dual sim have 2 imei to but not with my phone, but if it's normal i am grateful, thanks for your information.
like what i've said, i already try using MTK Droid tools but not work on my phone, after i put imei that warning say to click reboot button and after restart my imei still null
and i don't have backup file so i can't restore imei.

Ah. So sorry, I'm not reading properly. Right, droid tools doesn't work either.
Can you try this? Key this in from your dialer *#*#3646633#*#*
Go to CD Information, then Radio Info menus.
You should see an AT+ prompt at the top. Enter the AT commands again.
If that still doesn't work, try this.
Download and extract this [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] Run the executable and press Y. Type your IMEI1 and press enter. Type your IMEI2 and press enter. You will notice a file IMEI.bak written to the file folder. Copy this to your SD card’s root folder, and restore it with Mobileuncle Tools app.
