There is a bug that causes FCs, when you try to import a user certificate to the keychain. Its'a WIP...

From CWM/TWRP
Wipe data/cache
Format system
Install zip file

Wipe Cache
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Install zip.

(In CWM 6.1.2 in Backup, change backup format to tar)
