can anyone help me with my phone it can only keep 4 apps open if i go to open a fifth one it restarts the others and then when i open them it restarts the other

Did someone managed to change lockscreen?
I try to do it like posted here, but it is not working. I converted picture and resized it. I also use total comander for file explorer, to replace it, but no go.
