after 3 months of struggling to find a way to contact them they finally replied me back!!!!

first of all I'm so glad that I've found your email address. because it's been 3 months that I'm sending messages to you through your website inewphone.com and haven't received any reply! so I hope you'll reply me this time.

ROM 1.0.7 UNFIXABLE PROBLEMS

first I wanna talk about 1.0.7 rom which has caused us lots of unfixable major problems , such as:
- not working touch screen!
- lost IMEI codes,
- no specific wifi mac ip address
- no working gps
- combined internal storage into one partition , which causes lots of problems for recovery.
- non accurate battery stats.
- etc..

as you can see these are main problems. it even gets worse when we can't downgrade our rom. because we did tried to downgrade but the problems came with us to the lower version rom too!.
some people right now have bricked their inew v3 and they don't know what to do.

so what should we do? are you going to release an update to solve these things for us??

BATTERY PETITION
I'm pretty much sure that you know about inew v3 battery problem.
here is our request and we talked about it in detail.

one more thing ,a few people are using 2000 mah Thl w8 battery on their inew v3 (with some modifications) and it is actually giving them double battery life with every single charge.
original 1830 mah battery gives us only 3 hours of on screen time
thl 2000 mah battery is giving those users more than 7 hours of on screen time on their inew v3.
so there's definitely something wrong about the inew v3 1830 mah battery.


specific iNew v3 update center

why you don't create an app or a website so that we can be informed about the new updates directly??
right now we must search all over the internet to find updates for our inew v3
please please please give us an update app which connects us directly to your update server.


I guess thats it for now, you don't know how much I'm excited right now to get the reply from you.

We cant say anything about THL battery, while developing phones we have to take care of many technical things, you are just taking care of hours where we have to take care of your safety too.
little mismatch of battery can cause thermal issue, which can lead to damage sometime.
Safe to stay with original things as we follow safety standards and test on that only.

I wanted to send email with my questions right away but maybe it is better that we have one "spokesman" ? If we bury them with hundreds of emails at once maybe nobody will get answer (?)

I want to know more of that 900/2100 version, why they don't talk about it, no advertising, no support...

1. Thanks for replying back to me! I knew you were different from other china phone companies
2. We are just so excited about our phones and we want to know every single new feature that you might have enabled on it
3. upload center app is AWESOME!
4. we all installed 1.0.8 right now and here's the working and not working parts:
Working:
- touch screen works fine,
- home button works fine too
Not Working:
some users reported that their gps is not working.

5. Best Server for us to download new ROM files is MEDIAFIRE.
[once we usually waited almost a day for the new Update to be downloaded to our devices, We create a mirror link on MEDIAFIRE for other users. It's fast , safe , and SIMPLE TO USE]
6. What we want to see in the next official updates:
(1) two partitioned internal storage, like the partitions in 1.0.3
(2) air gesture ENABLED!
(3) A Change log for each new update.
(4) enabled WCDMA 900 Bandwith
[while most of us have 850/2100 WCDMA bandwith on our V3 devices, found out , on some of our inew v3 there is a new 2014 Baseband information which shows 2100/900 wcdma, is it something hardware related , or is it software related? can we have it on all inew V3 batches? ]
(5) Better Audio module for earphones. to be quite honest they don't sound really good... can it be improved??
(6) last but not least, we are keeping our fingers crossed for a android 4.4 kitkat upgrade

7. can we hope for a larger capacity battery directly from you for our inew v3?? like a 2500 mah battery...

I think now that they have finally replied us , like you said it's better to have a spokeman..

whenever they reply me, I'll put it here and consult with you guys for what to reply them back!

yup!! I even pushed them a little bit forward and asked for 4.4 kitkat android, to see if they are gonna leave us on 4.2.2 or they will keep their support for us ,
if they do, this is gonna be the phone that I'll keep at least for more than a year!

Anyway, this is very good news ofcourse! And there are many users who use this phone so they take us serious.
But the first thing is what they want with this phone in the future. Will they update to new versions of Android or will they stay on 4.2.2 indeed.

It is very positive that they are making a app (what kind of app? Android app or Windows?) to inform us about updates and so on. I am very happy that there is another company who's listening to his customers!
