I really can't decide wether to keep this phone or sell it (there is someone who is wiling to pay for it the same price that i bought it because it's only 3 days that i'm using the phone)
the battery is really worrying me.
I like the phone too. but I just cant live this battery life... IDK WHAT TO DO
for the last time : IS THERE ANY HOPE THAT THE BATTERY PROBLEMS WILL BE SOLVED WITH THE NEXT UPDATE? OR
IS THERE ANY HOPE THAT INEW WILL RELEASE A BETTER BATTERY FOR THE PHONE? OR
THIS CAN NOT BE FIXED NO MATTER WHAT!?
@gizbeat, as you said you use 2 batteries right?
I'm concerned about removing the rear case plenty of times, in long term use will break the small plastic connectors on the edges of the case. or it may cause problem for NFC connectors as well too.
what do you think? has it happened to you?

I remove the back panel at least once a day to change the battery. It hasn't lost much, if any sturdiness. None of the 'clips' have broken at all. It still clips in and stays in perfectly.
The NFC, I don't use, so I can't comment on that. I guess if you're taking the back off regularly, it MAY push the pins back a bit, but the recommendation these days seems to be to press that spot when you're using NFC instead of pulling the pins out. Also, as I said, the back piece still clips back into place firmly after several weeks of taking it off regularly.
The battery issues are still up in the air. The phone charges to 4197mA as it should, but for some reason this is happening at 80% instead of at 100%. Whether it's an issue with the sensor that senses mA, or possibly the battery not being 'full' until it hits 4.35mA... I'm not sure. There was one user who's phone occasionally would charge it to 4350 when it was 100%. There are people here who strongly speak against charging it to 4.35, and surely it's 'most healthy' for a Li-Ion battery to not be charged beyond 4.25, but it's very strange the battery reads 80% at 4197mA if it's not 'wanting' to be charged to 4.35 to be 100%. Well I'm blabbing a bit. This is a common theme (batteries topping out at 80% or so) with quite a few China models, and there's never really been a solid solution, so I wouldn't guess there will be a solution with this phone either.
I tested a fully charged battery from external charger. It read about 4265mA and lasted 2 hours 20 minutes full 100% CPU all 4 cores. 100% brightness. All radios on. Battery charged within phone lasted 2 hours flat. Whether it was due to the difference between 4197 and 4265. I'm unsure.
The battery swapping I do as my standard practice. I didn't even realize the battery issue until I'd had the phone a couple weeks. Seriously, if you try it, you'll likely never go back to plugging your phone in, unless possibly at night while you're sleeping. I don't even do that. Just swap it out in the morning.
As to getting what you paid for it. I highly doubt that.

thank you , and yes ,where I live because there are no china phone reseller here , people are ok for paying a little bit more than the real price of the phone , and buy sth which is in front of them and they can check it , and then they don't need to wait for at least a month and pay taxes either.

what do you mean exactly by last part? does it fit perfect even after couple of weeks of daily removing and putting it back? no gap on the top of the phone between the case and the body??

Well, the key part is "if any". It means there's no noticeable gaps or looseness or lack of firm clipping in that I've noticed. I haven't taken a microscope to it.
I thought you were referring to selling it randomly online. If you're unhappy and think you can find someone to buy it for what you paid for it... That's great. Go ahead. Do what makes you happy as long as you're not stompin' on anyone elses tail.

After 15 days of use the battery lasts about 20% more than in the beginning.
Do at least 10 cycles of charging and you will notice the difference by yourself.

If i wait 10 days, for a result which might come or might not come, it will make it hard for me to sell it then

I can say that inew said lies about other things in this phone but for battery they were honest.Battery is 1830mah.Ιf we as consumers thought that with this capacity of battery will be able to make heavy use and phone will last 2 days it is our fault not theirs.
