hi everyone
since few days ago, the process com.google.process.gapps, has started to crash, causing a ton of problem to my v3..
all google related apps kept crashing, the phone reception going to 0, to the complete freezing of the fone anf crashing.
I thought i could solve it by upgradig from 1.01 to 1.08 firmware..
i've done it (with the guide on this site) ..
but, as soon as i booted it.. SURPRISE! com.google.process.gapps, has crashed AGAIN!!!!
what can I do? how is it possible the the hardware id damaged, and canging ROM will not solve the problem??

If you had 1.0.1 you probably have 900mhz version of inew v3 which doesnt support any new updates.
You shouldnt install any other rom in that case

the ROM 1.0.8 seems to work esactly as the 1.0.1, anyway, how can i check what's my version(900mhz)?
the new room boots without any problem, but the com.google.process.gapps, still crash exactly like when i had 1.0.1 ROM.
anyone have any idea what cause this application to crash, even after a hard reset, and with two different ROM?
Anyone have solved this problem?

Download Mobile Uncle > Engineer Mode > Engineer Mode MTK > BandMode > Select the SIM you have set to 3G > Under UMTS mode:
If GSM 900 is checked then it's 900
if GSM 800/850 is checked then it's 850
-- > Have your recent ROM changes been via Flash Tool or SD?

I have the same problem like this, i bought my phone while ago. In January.
WCDMA 850/2100
This come up month ago. It comes like this message and messages like google play has stoped or any other app. After some time it freezees and i must take out battery and try to turn it on but it won't. It can only get up by flashing rom but still everything is happen again. (flash official 1.03, 1.04, 1.08)
can it be hardware problem or is it software solveable?

Only solution to these is new motherboard or just memory. I was at my local service and they checked my phone. Problem is in memory and that is why is this happening again and again. I'm seeing more and more problems like this on forums...sadly
I contacted shop where i bought phone and they are willing to repair or send new phone but it's not worth of the money because i need to pay tax on phone again when it enter my country.
