I don't know if I'm slow to the boat but it seems like the black one is out. Beware though, I bought my white one from Pandawill and they did not have stock when I purchased and it was actually on back order but they didn't say anything, had to wait a very very long time for it, so I wouldn't suggest buying from Pandawill.

Yes, you're correct. Black version is out for some time. Last time I checked, Banggood had 50 pieces for Valentines day. Regarding "in stock" or "out of stock", that's nothing new. You never know with these chinese guys. I waited for mine for whole 18 days to be shipped, and all that after they confirmed it's in stock. First they "shipped" it 8 days after I made an order, then I had to wait 10 more days for them to ship it once again. So it was like a preorder to me, which if I knew before, I would buy it elswhere.
If I helped you, clicking "Thank You" button will be enough.

I read somewhere , iNew is in shortage of supplies for both black and white version, they didn't make a lot of phones, because they were not sure how the market welcomes them. and meanwhile the phone is actually is in the production line again.
I knew , iNew is a new company,(XD) but I don't get it why they produced few numbers of inew v3 BLACK again... maybe they are testing the market (AGAIN?!?).
about china shops shipping policy:
since most of us choose registered airmail free shipping (because DHL is expensive and considering that you will pay ("reasanable price tag on the phone"+ 50$ !!) makes you feel that the phone doesn't worth this much "original price + 50$!" and you decide this : I'll wait for a month and the phone that I'll receive sure worth the price that I paid . heck yea!) XP
as we all know "Freeshippings"are not really free. they have added it on the phone's price. so you might ask "well yes, we paid for registered airmail , what is it that takes them so long to ship it to me?"
before answering that you must consider this point , that china phone resellers absolutely LOVE SAVING MONEY more than you and me.
shipping everyone's order right away is good, but it costs money for them (they don't like this ) . so here's what they do :
there are some postal companies that their job is to find cheap posting options for you (mostly like those tourist airlines last minute call tickets , which have really low price and great facilities ) , so
china phone resellers sign a contract with them. they wait for orders to reach a specific number. then they deliver orders to that company (usually once in a week). but it's not the end of the story here. even that company will hold items till they find a good postal occasion (this one usually takes another 1 week too). after that, they finally ship it to you. thats their business !
so final question : how long does it take till you receive your package?
It's on your luck. it depends on the date that you are placing your order, is on what position of that cycle.

OK... that's all good to know and it may very well be like you described it. But here is how it works in civilized part of the world. If you say to your customer that you have the item in stock, you're not actualy telling him you have it in iNew factory 200km away. The question is, is it in your shop, or at least in a nearby warehouse? If not, when will it be? Actualy, I don't care if you're sitting on it or not, but if you tell me it will be shipped up to 4 business days, then please honor your word. And you can't tell it's shipped if it's not. My valid tracking number clearly shows it was received from the webshop 10 days after, so it was not sitting on some high shelf collecting dust at the airmail. It was still in factory for the whole time waiting for assembling, and all that at the same minute they were replying to me "yes, we have it in stock". They are loosing customer's trust, and with a good reason. If they were honoring their word more frequently, they would have better seelings for sure. I know, they don't want to loose their potential earnings, but lying to customers won't get them anywhere either.

totally agreed. but don't forget that it's just china.. non of their items are 100% similar to what they advertize, and also non of their words are actually what they say. they are just doing their own business. apparently Lying is a big part of business, making stuff look amazing in the eyes of customers is part of the job, and china with around 1.5 billion people which most of them are doing amature business , is no exception.

I sent a package to China a few days ago, registered mail, and when i return from the post office I check at the web for the provided tracking number and guess what? There is info for my package, as long as the cashier scan the barcode sticker who put on the package.
So my question is, why their tracking # info appears on the tracking engines a week later?
Probably they actually didn't ship it by that time, right?

There is also a scam with fake tracking numbers. All of you who ordered many times so far, surely experienced that too. Then later they are apologizing as it was mistake, but all they want is to get you off their neck and to get more time (more than they told you), until they dispatch the package to a postal office. And then when you ask why is it still in Hong Kong, then they send you a real one.

tracking numbers are not created digitally or random. like a calender they are sorted by order. they actually put that serial number on your package and they give the number to you , but as I already said, they keep the packages to themselves until they have a large number of items to ship , or until they find a good shipping option. that's just it,
you don't see the info of your package, because it has not passed the airline gates YET, so the package information has not been entered into the postal system.

As far as I know, they are using some other courier companies to transfer their packages to the post offices. That's why they can offer (some shops) China post, SG post, HK post etc
This causing 3-4 days delay minimum.
