i am still believing that it is a software issue.
have u done manually format in yr SP flash tool.
after manually format, then reflash the rom again

Check the log file created by spft, it will gjve more detailed info about the error. It creates some 5 log files, i dun think all spft versions do it tho.
Anyway, the penultimate one i think is the log of the flashing attempt, just saying from top of my mind, i'm not at the pc.

After u choose scatter file, then uncheck/untick all the items(preloader, .......) then go to format file, the number should be fill automatically

try one more time
this time try to format the emmc with automatic
DO NOT unckecked/untick all the item. let it run if it goes tru, the run will take a bit longer.
after that, flash the same rom to the phone again
