2 days ago i got my Inew v3 incl extra Batt but wont charge when first connection with power ac. Original cable.. batt on screen looks like its charging butt it drains the power completlie.. can some one help out with this is it hardware or do i have to wait 2 days for full drainige and maybe Full Up .. Now 2 BAatt are totaly empty...
I would say it's a hardware issue. And bad luck. Unfortunately. Moreover with two batteries failing, so I would say it's something on the motherboard that is malfunctioning. You could get away with external battery charger, but it won't look good when you decide to sell the phone. If I were you, I would send it for warranty. If it's possible.

I bought the phone at Coolicools. Just asked them for a Solution.. I hope they sent me a new one..
Because if i have to send it back its almostn expensive as a new one.. Because i already had to pay for extra Taxes when i got it.. 50 dollars(30 euro).
I have the same problem with my Jaiyu G3ST. The Li-ion battery does not charge in the phone but does charge on a separate Li-ion Charger. I suggest you use a multimeter to test the output voltage on the phone.
Step 1. Remove battery.
Step 2. Set multimeter to DCV
Step 3. Place positive (red) and negative Probe(black) on the phone connected to the charger. Your reading should be 4.2V. The reading on my Jaiyu G3ST was 0.03V. I took photographs and emailed to Merimobile. They replaced my phone but I had to pay postage to sent the phone to them. I hope this help.

You should ask your local customs. If you want to sent it for repair you will pay again taxes when you receive it?
It doesn't sound logic. Maybe there is a way.
Which country are you living?

There's a procedure every custom duty must follow. You will pay tax twice only if you don't get or ask for an export document when sending it for warranty. Then next time when your phone arrives, you'll just have to send them that document instead of the original bill, and they will send it to you without question asked or additional taxes.

It's not really a one-off incident, as I've seen that before (check youtube), but it's far off from being called as a frequent issue. It's a big plus if the seller can at least check the phone for a few minutes before shipping it (like screen, charging, camera, gps), so people don't have to send it back the same day it arrived. Don't get me wrong, these are just isolated cases, it happens to every manufacturer, but many of the bigger brands have more strict quality assurance, so it doesn't get out in the public. But if you bought it from a respectful seller, as least your money didn't go in vain, so you get a replacement for it, and as I said the issue is not frequent, so there are really slim chances the second one will have it too.
