iNew v3 Turning on Factory Mode

I have an iNew v3 and recently it developed the power and volume key problem ( the power button sometimes doesn't work and the keeps on reducing the volume sometimes). I sort of controlled these issues but there's a bug which is keeping me from turning on the iNew v3 when it turns off and I think its related to this bug.
When I try to turn on my mobile, it goes to Factory Mode instead of turning on properly on the Android Os and when it does, it sometimes goes to Safe Mode. I've got to be really fortunate to get it back on normal Android Os after turning it off a hundred times. Is there a way to get off this problem quickly please?

I tried to flash but when I can't manage - the phone always starts in this Factory Mode session. Is there somewhere else with instructions on how to install a new ROM pls?

Flash a ROM via CWM recovery mode, or use SP Flashtools. There is a tutorial in the tutorial sub-forum how to flash with Flash Tool and how to create CWM.

I tried using instructions found on this website and even from a video on YouTube but nothing worked - when trying to turn on the mobile again while it is attached to the PC, it doesn't install the ROM but turns on the "Factory Mode" as usual.

Why are you turning on the phone while connected to PC? Your phone should be off while flashing.

Hold the volume button the other way.

Yes I have already tried to hold the volume key the other way - at first it used to work and used to skip the Factory Mode but now I think the volume key is not working anymore and so I'm hard bricked.

The instructions ask you to first turn off the mobile, load the scatter file of the new ROM using flash tools, press Firmware Upgrade and then connect the mobile with the PC and turn it on - am I right?

There's normally no need to turn on the phone. Just take out the battery and put it back in. Click download. Attach phone.

If your volume keys are sticking, I'd open it up and see if you can figure what the issue is. Maybe something sticky in there or rubber needs to be reseated.

I tried to remove the battery and reseat it and then try to connect it to the PC - but still nothing works. What actually happens is that as soon as I connect it to the PC, the mobile turns on automatically and turns on the Factory Mode.

The volume keys aren't actually sticking, they used to work on their own (mostly reducing the sound) and now, judging from the fact that during Factory Mode, I can't navigate through the options using the volume buttons, it seems that they are not even working any more now.

If your phone is starting in factory mode, but you're not pressing the volume button, that would suggest it's sticking. I mean internally. Not the outside button.

Have you tried every solution in the SP Flash tool problem thread?

Its also worth a thought that if your vol button is sticking, it could be causing issues with the flash starting properly.
