when my screen has timed out and when i receive a txt it doesnt activate the screen
(light up) like the inew v3 ?

Are you using the stock SMS app?

Check settings to make sure settings are set for notification.

Not sure this is a bug so to speak. Could just be the way the phone is set up.

You can also try a 3rd party SMS app. For example "Hangouts".
