hi guys. my neken n6 came today.
having a problem, it wont except any sim cards i use
its says "no Sim card detected"
i havent rooted it as it came with google play already installed so i assume it been done.
any help would be great

Are you inserting the Sim cards correctly? It should be exactly like the diagram in front of Sim card slots. The cut should be according to the diagram.

Hi yes card installed correctly. And have checked emir number and they match under the battery. Messaged the company I got it from so just waiting for a reply see if they know anything

I would recommend to factory reset the phone. Go to settings and backup and reset. Click on reset. You will have to reinstall the applications. Remember to backup your important documents and contacts because it will erase all data.

Then it looks to be defective. Better you return it. Contact the vendor and tell the problem.

OK update. Have got in touch with seller and they say a fault might be the sim card slot. I've had a look and seems there is only 2 of the 3 strips to read the sim.

So far he been very help full. My last message was that I would like to return for a replacement so waiting on reply. Purchased through eBay as didn't find this forum till after purchase.
Will update as soon as I know anything else.
