This is very difficult to say based on your explanation. Is it a single pixel, or big spot? Have you tried removing the screen guard to make sure that's not the issue?
Is it possible to photograph what you're talking about?

I see nothing.
Have you done as I posted and removed the screen guard to make sure it's not part of the screen guard. There are 2 screen guards on the phone when you receive it.
I'm not saying the screen guard is the issue. I'm trying to eliminate possibilities.

Please look VERY closely at the phone. There is normally 2 screen guards on the iNew V3 when it's shipped. I'm not saying always, but usually.
Also, can you answer my original reply. How big is the 'spot'. Is it 1 pixel, or is it many pixels? Or does it look like something is pushing against the screen?
I still see nothing in the image you uploaded. Only white.
