I'm going to try your solution. I'm downloading the files but i think its not going to work because I can't "see" the phone on my computer. I will report the progress (or lack of it) momentarily.

Do you have ever flashed a phone with SP Flash Tool ?
What Windows version do you have into your pc ?

Nope, I never used Flash Tool, but I'm going to try

The ROM download its very slow and I'm working on Windows 7

Windows 7 is perfect !

The procedure is identical to the flash of my HOMTOM HT3 Pro.
Follow carefully the next steps :
1) Turn off your phone
2) Load the scatter file into SP Flash Tool (the scatter file is inside the firmware that you have downloaded).
3) Click on Download button (remember to click on Download before to connect your phone to your pc)
4) Connect your phone to your pc (with USB cable)
5) Be patient until the yellow line will be to 100%
6) After "Download OK" turn on your phone

now I understand why you figure it out, that I never used the Flash Tool

One question. Bellow the scatter file I Have 3 options: Download Only; Firmware + Download and Firmware Upgrade.

Wich one I choose. I thought it was Firmware Upgrade, but its best to ask first

Open Flash Tool
Load Scatter File
Click on download
Connect the poweroff phone to the usb port

ok! now can you give me a time frame, for instance, since the moment I plug the USB cable, until something happens on screen, like a progress bar... How many minutes, hours...

I plug the usb cable 10 minutes ago and nothing happens, no yellow bar, no progress bar of any color, nothing ?

Is it time to try the new driver you send? or wait?

Don't worry ... the first time is always scary ... it was the same feeling for me

After click on Download and connected via USB ... It should be runs immediately ... please install the driver and repeat the entire operation.

The process don't start and ends up with timeout. I change to another computer, this one with Win10, repeat the process, same result.

The process was as follows:
- open SP Tool
- Load Scatter file (MT6580_Android_scatter.txt)
- Click Download
- Plug USB (phone Off) - At this point the computer beeps and the phone screen changes to charge battery, after this, nothing happens.

Install Driver_Auto_Installer_v5.1453.03 and repeat the all process
The results on both computers (Win 7 and Win 10) was the same.

Before I apply the hammer utility toll, in the middle of the phone, is there any other suggestion?

You deserve a +Rep to have sent me the log files and to have written a so detailed report

Now we have to change strategy. Download the next stock firmware :

Then follow the steps on needrom link ... he said to remove the battery (I did no need to remove the battery when I have flashed my HOMTOM HT3 PRO) ... however try to remove the battery and follow his steps.
FUNDAMENTAL VIDEO TUTORIAL (in your language) :

Try to flash with "preloader" unticked ...if it will does not works try to tick the "preloader".
