@arnegson :
Your U7 Plus Build number is the next : OUKITEI_U7_Plus_V20.0_20161220
Questions :
1) What version of SP Flash Tool do you use ?
2) What version of Windows OS do you have installed ?
3) Do you have a laptop pc or a desktop pc ?
4) Do you have already tried to change USB port ?
5) Do you have already tried to change USB cable ?
6) Do you have already tried to reinstall VCOM driver ?

I have seen all your posts on Needrom (into my thread about TWRP for Nougat).
This is the hard evidence that I am able to flash the Nougat firmware :
Try to flash once again the "U7_Plus_V20.0_20161220" firmware.
I suggest you the option "Firmware Upgrade" :
Then, try once again to flash the Nougat firmware.
I recommend you "Firmware Upgrade" like in my first screenshot.
I saw this VITAL STEP: 6) Select FIRMWARE UPGRADE!
Where is the setting?
Forgive my ignorance

Forgive my ignorance I have just downloaded a new sp flash tool
And a new firmwer from this page.
So now we will see if it works.
I have a laptop and I have switched to different cables
for phone and computer.

With the same result.
Unable to load scatterfilen in SP Flash Tool
I get this response from SP Flash Tool
error 8417
and I googlat to find a solution to the problem.
What I found was that the scatter file beginning would be empty and that's it.

@arnegson :
My previous screenshots about SP Flash Tool were on Linux Ubuntu OS.
You can see it on "Download-Agent" (Linux_64Bit/MTK).
I prefer to use Linux OS (viruses free and free softwares above all).
BUT
This morning I repeated the experiment on Windows OS.
Results :
On SP Flash Tool 5.1648.00 (Firmware Upgrade) the scatter file works well.
Please see the next screenshot :
You can see my Windows OS version in the next screenshot :
Conclusion :
Personally I have no problem to flash the Nougat stock firmware.

Forgive my ignorance. But, in other words, you can not help me with this problem?
Have you downloaded your NOGAT from some unknown place or have you built it yourself?
For those files that I downloaded from this page, I defenetivt say they do not work or is my computer completely koruppt.
Please from an ignorant

I am here to help the people.
I have post here the screenshots of SP Flash Tool in Windows OS for one reason :
Show to you that I am able to flash the firmware on Windows OS and Linux OS.
NOW :
Please open CMD (command prompt) and type the next command :
WinVer (and press Enter)
Then, make a screenshot and post here.

I made exactly as you said. To make two new folders and put the ROM in one and sp flashtol in the other. Then all worked perfectly. In other words, remove the chines files .which brought in the downloaded ROM. And then it looks like you can use the flash tool to have on the computer
Thank you very much for the help.

I do not know if it's appropriate. But I have a suggestion to your Tutorrials.
Please write in, that will take away the Chines files that you get when you download ROMs. It is only for those who do not know will not end up in the same situation with the software that I suffered. Or am I the only one who is so stupid that do not understand such a thing,
Thanks to all who have contributed to the solution to my problem

Any suggestions?
Thanx!
