Is it possible (and eventually how) to substitute kinguser, installed via rooting with Genius, with supersu?

Yes, but root with Framaroot from the root tools area and it won't be necessary.

Did you already have kinguser control app?

I already used Genius so I have the kinguser app (I am not sure, but I think I tried framaroot first but it was unable to root ...) ...

If phone is rooted and framaroot does not work,
download this

Its going to replace your su via your custom recovery so install it to SD card.

I have used this myself so I can vouch for it.....but I don't have your device.

I installed Kinguser when I rooted my phone. After that, I went to the Play Store and I installed SU. When SU was installed and got permission as Super User then I uninstalled KingUser. And it works fine.

You want to get rid of KingUser and replace with SuperSU?

This can sometimes cause some trouble because if remove KingUser, it sometimes remove the root as well. But best way to do this is install SuperSU through CWM recovery, then remove KingUser with root uninstall app such as Titanium.

@Sniper47 where can we find the ZIP file with SuperSU through CWM for our T11? I found one but it's for another phone and I have no idea if we can install it through CWM. The one put in a previous post doesn't work on my phone.

done so many times on at least 3 diff phones.
use es file explorer
enable root explorer
change permision to /system/bin to rw, tick all
run updated supersu, it will ask to update su binary
use normal method
profit
