Second choice is of course the obvious one, apart from school teachers demanding projects including information from google and wikipedia, this project won't be a success. The only real alternative is installing child control on each pc they have access to. In my six years of experience with it I never had to worry about my children seeing stuff they weren't supposed to. It just works.
