PC standing for blood pressure

Hi

recent 60 minutes TV show suggests don't sit down much as it increases blood pressure and other adverse effects.

Sparing no expense I whipped into action and put my coffee table onto my PC table.

Its a little high so I might have to add a mat to stand on, as elbow is bent at 90 degrees to type this.

Yes I know that if I use an Android I can stand up as much as I like.

Sitting too much is bad for things other than blood pressure. Posture can suffer and put pressure on nerves in the back.

You might want to get some benefit of exercise by doing a few squats every 15 minutes too.

thankyou for the link but price is a factor.....meaning I can't afford it. but inspired me to this kb setup



I may seek to improve kb setup but the mat is a set of mats from a hardware store cost $20
kb setup cost $0 as I already hand materials on hand.
