[Help] Mtk Droid Tools didn't recognize Inew v3 phone

I have Windows 8.1 and want to backup full phone before trying to flash kitkat.
I have already installed android adb drivers, and when I connect the phone, in the device manager appears android phone/Android adb Interface.
But when i start MTK droid tools, its not recognizing my device, tried with adb terminal there is no conneted device...
Any advice what should I do? I tried a lot of drivers without any success.

There was a recent tutorial aboutabout Windows ADB 8.1 by @athos . look in the tutorial section.

Tried but nothing new has happened, droid tool still cannot recognized, and those 2 drivers what Athos wrote are in yellow exclamation marks in ports section

Go through all suggestions in the Fix SP Flash Tools problem thread.

You also may want to uninstall all current ADB drivers and start over with a fresh install of them. Also make sure you have USB debugging enabled.
