Yes. First install the drivers (duh!)
If I remember right the driver installer couldn't be ran as Admin. When the drivers are installed, open it again and the prompt should flash, if just for a split second. Quickly take a screenshot of the prompt, open in Paint and check that it says that the drivers are properly installed.
When they are successfully installed, open SP Flash Tools and do the stuff (Options, DA DL all with Checksum)
Flash Firmware Upgrade and you should be ready to go (At least it's how you flash normally)
