Ar... this make sense. The screen capture was done at somewhere near my home, which is a remote area(kind of ).

It was running at WCDMA mode(HSPA & HSPA+) as I confirmed it from Engineering mode(Connectivity->CDS->Radio info) when only WCDMA-GSM-900 mode was active during my test.
