Go settings - Time and Date - Use automatic time zone (tick) Phone stops if any SIM is loaded providing time and date to the phone.
This is only resolved if Automatic time zone is not ticked.
THL Ts6. Super cheap phone. Excellent performance from low spec screen and GPS is best I have encountered because it seems to take a fix with and hold with less data.
I will tolerate the software glitch.
4.4.2 MT5682. thl.TS6.166K etc WCDMA 850 2100 and 4 band GSM radio link
Phone is rooted by supplier and some Chinese junk was left on it but because of the rooting it has been possible to remove.
Software error existed from out of box before stripping aps.
I have had a phone from the same source that died from bad software update. First no computer connect returned and repair and then many months later no boot and no response from PC when connected preceded by dickie charge connection.
THL TS6 might be headed the same way.
