Hi,
I have ordered several phones with Gearbest and had a decent experience - in other words I came back with new orders and even recommended to friends.
I have to say, though, that my recent experience has been quite negative.
Like other people I wanted to have the ulefone be pro and ordered for the $135 with a couponcode in order W1502050244179219. Paid with PayPal and after a while of being in Processing state the order was refunded due to "Our payment partner has unfortunately decided not to accept the payment. However, you can still submit a new order and pay with Wire Transfer or Western Union." I never got any better answers via the ticketing system....
Decided to order again in order number W1502102229183529, but now the couponcode was expired and the total price was now $146.99. I paid via my Mastercard on 11/2. New Years started in China and everything went silent in status "Processing". Fair enough, I knew and expected that. Finally this morning I ended up writing Gearbest in a ticket and asked when I could expect a shipment on the order. After a few hours they refunded the order with the exact same reason of "not accepting the payment". No response to the ticket....
What's going on?! Have anyone else had this experience? I seriously don't get it, I order a lot of things online with several shops and Paypal - why on earth do I get rejected?!
