Hi guys, i am new here. So dont mind my way of asking things.
I am using Ouktel C3, I did not even try to root it, nut unfortunately, It just enter bootloop.
I hve tried every possible Rom available in Needrom and else where. It stops in a blank screen after flashing.
Please help a newbie.

Strangely enough, rom numbers are misleading. There are 2 types of C3, called "old rom1" and "new rom2". They are different phones.

Rom numbers for "old rom1" phones go up to version 2.3, but for "new rom2" phones the versions are 0.6, 0.8 and 1.3.

So, the latest rom is 1.3 which is newer than 2.3 !! ( but they are for different models of C3 ). You may have flashed a version for the wrong type onto your phone. Try the other type - The comments on needrom should help identify which roms are which.
