This phone has some bugs due to bad developing from iNew.
Hopefully a custom rom will fix those.
About the wifi and its signal, you can check it more accurate by taping on the network that you are connected and check the connected speed. If your router supports (n) you will be connected at 135mb and as you are moving far from router this will be reduced.

Interesting. And makes sense too. Never came up to my mind. It's easier for the modem/router to maintain lower speed over greater distance with good signal, than maintaining much greater speed over the same distance. But at the same distance the speed will be more or less the same, and the signal strength will be very different (2 or maybe 3 bars less). So all in all, it's not so important how much signal bars you have, it's more important speed at which the data is transferred. So anyone want to verify that with your other phone which supposedly have better signal, test with SpeedTest or similar app. If the speed is less, then blame V3, if it's the same speed then you have nothing to complain about (although the signal strength might be lower because it's connected at higher speed), and if it's higher speed, well, even better. My theory ofcourse. Does that make sense to anyone?
You don't need any special app for checking the speed. If you tap on your connected wifi network it will show you some info also the speed. It will reload the info if you close and re-tap it.

Yeah I know, but that screen only shows the router link speed (like 54MBit right now on my end), but that doesn't mean I can download from the Internet at that speed (my ISP contract limitation is only 4MBit). What I was trying to say is that I can be only 1 or as much as 15 meters from the router and it will always show 54MBit, but when I test it with SpeedTest, it will give me 550KB/s close to router, and 50KB/s out in my backyard. It's quite a difference.
No, the connected speed it changes, depending the strength of the signal.
I get 135mb close to the router and as I am moving away of it, is decreasing.
I get the following values 135mb, 108mb, 81mb, 54mb, 40mb, 27mb, 13mb.

Great if it works like that. But I must admit that's a first one for me. All roms I used so far had a fixed speed, unless you disconnected from the router, move away, and then connect to it again.
