hi frankieb222. can you boot into recovery? to answer rudi021's question about what phone, try to connect to MTK Droid Tools while in recovery mode and show us the information it will show. then we can try looking for a ROM.
or maybe give a buy link of the phone?

No realy people ask help and just write phone.if you go to the doctor ? you must tell him where you have pain.so the same thing is here. Don't be angry ? on me because I tell you this. You are not first or last who did that.sorry for my angry ? word, but we are here to help you. Bye ?
Now when I calming little bit, let's find how can we help you. First if you can go in recovery reflash zip file again.fist do full wipe, and reflash.secondly if you can't go in recovery if your phone is mtk Soc device, download mtk driver for your phone and install it. Download mtk flash tool and install it. Download the proper rom for your phone stock one and saved to your pc.open file where is driver run as administrator and driver will be install.open mtk flash tool, run as administrator, in blank box where is written scatter file, add your scatter.txt from your rom.(you must extract him first).☑ box DA and hit download and connect phone. If your phone recognized by windows flashing will start. If don't recognize or connect and disconnect don't worry. Unplug phone plug him again and start flashing no matter what windows says.

hi, rudi021. I think your point earlier was quite clear. However, the original poster, frankieb222, has indicated that he does not know what phone model he has. The only information he can provide is that it has the markings: F1W.
tiefighter85 simply provided a solution to help frankieb222 get more information about the unknown phone.
I don't believe anyone has reacted negatively, perhaps the OP hasn't gotten the time to respond.
Of course, all help is very much appreciated around here.
