I have downloaded the newest one (2014-3-19 14:50 version). The file has exactly same size and same checksum as the first one (2014-3-18 09:39 version). I suppose they are just the same file there.

we cant say, others who had problem with the rom should test this one and say if its fixed for them or not

first released 1.0.7 starter post:

IMPORTANT NOTE: A lot of people here are having trouble upgrading to this rom. and it caused them some serious problems. I guess this rom not compatible with previous released roms installed on your phones. I'd suggest that you to go for 1.0.5 rom upgrade which is not any different with this one.

ON INEW CLOUD THEY PLACED 2 MORE 1.0.7 ROM TODAY. NOT SURE IF THEY HAVE FIXED SOME BUGS OR THATS JUST THE SAME ROM AS THIS ONE. SO IT'S STILL RISKY AND IT MIGHT DAMAGE YOUR PHONE. BUT FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO TRY , HERE ARE THE DOWNLOAD LINKS FOR 2 NEW (?) 1.0.7 ROM :

- camera aperture is now F2.0!
- NFC + Wifi + OTG + Bluetooth = All 100% functional
- As written in the change log txt file, this rom has much better power management, means longer battery life. ( still not tested by me )
- model number has been changed to iNew V3 (no E or C anymore )
- Battery percentage is more ACCURATE

KNOWN Problems that some users experienced:
1) no touch screen respond (Didn't happen to me)
2) miss calibrated display resolution (Didn't happen to me)
[SOLVED] 3) no network coverage for 2g simcards (HAPPENED TO ME) [SOLVED BY REWRITING BOTH IMEIS]
4) not being able to install CWM recovery (HAPPENED TO ME) this rom is NOT COMPATIBLE with "iNew_V3_FULL_TOUCH_CWM_6044"
5) wifi mac address changes randomly every couple of hours. (happened to me)

Checksum should be able to show difference in a single byte, if any, of 2 similar looking files. Am I correct? I use "chk.exe" to calculate the checksum of the 2 downloaded 1.0.7 rom.
