My friend's Innos D6000 reboots continuously, after being drained of both internal and external batteries. I can't flash it because it reboots before the USB port is enabled. Does it have a reset button anywhere? I could not find any.
What can I do to make it boot to even recover mode?
Thanks for your help.

The same thing happened to me. There is a thread in this Innos forum about it. It also happened to some others. We all fixed it by removing external, then leaving the phone alone for a couple of weeks until internal battery is absolutely dead (beyond 0%), then it was back to normal. Seems to make the phone do some sort of low reboot. Might be able to leave it rebooting until completely dead... Just leave it for a couple days after that and then give it another go with charging and powering on. You'll know it's fixed if the charging battery icons show when powered off.
You might also be able to solve it by opening the phone up and disconnecting the internal battery for a couple minutes, then reconnect and give it a go. But not sure what all this will entail in regards to disconnecting the internal battery.
Reflashing, factory reset, etc... Will not fix it.
