Does anyone know or have tried a stock Samsung Galaxy Note III battery in the H9008, and can confirm that it works? I bought a stock Samsung charger and cable for my H9008 on Amazon, and it is a dramatic improvement from the one provided. It charges much better and faster, though there is no apparent battery performance improvent. Thanks in advance.

I have ordered the H9008 also for $309.
We know the battery lasts much longer if the WiFi is off, so we have to look in this way. I don't need WiFi when the phone is off. Then it will use 3G for messages and mail. There are apps who can control that.
Please try this app for example: [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]&hl=en
Also there might be apps installed who are polling the server all the time so these must be disabled also.
I also noticed the screen is on when you are using the flip case. This might be handy because you can see the time in an instance but of course this drains the battery very fast!
One little question, how can you root this tablet?

You can't use the original Samsung EB-B800BEBECWW Note 3 battery - I'Ve tested it. The H9008 measures 155 x 79.5 x 8.2 mm and is a little bit bigger as the Note 3 - screen protectors, cases and other accessories won't fit.

Horst is correct. I've tried to put a Samsung Note 3 case on the H9008 and it does not fit. The H9008 is slightly larger.

Well, which phone has the same battery as the H9008 then? Which one will fit?  I need an extra battery for long trips

The battery for the Mlais MX69T pro will fit it.

Hi did you find out how to fix your problem? I have same prob, my radio don't pick up, little to no signal I think only 3g. If you have solution please share thank you!
