SP flash tools/driver help

Can anyone point me (and possibly others) in the direction of a preloader driver for this phone so I can use the SP Flash Tool?
I want to give the official Firefly v65 update from 7/15 a go, but I can't get my computer to recognize my phone with no battery...

That might work, but I think I have another problem that needs attending...

When I plug the phone into my comp (off, no battery), windows makes the "usb unplugged" sound twice. Nothing ever shows in device manager, though it does refresh once or twice when I plug in.

I'm running this program called USBDeview to show me whats plugged into my USB ports at any given time (and anything that's ever been plugged in). It shows what should be the phone called "MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM Port", but it shows it as not connected.

Don't know what to do It's late, I will try another comp tomorrow.

I am of no help, but I got it to flash somehow. It was by accident I don't know what I did, lol. The drivers you gave me were for something else, I think. I used this one: [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
Anyway, the phone wasn't showing up in the device manager, but I launched and set up SP flash tools, pressed download, and the flash went through. Got the update installed. No improvements, though. Waste of time.

That rom I posted today is the fastest I've tried yet, but too many things wrong with it
