manual apn edit on kitkat 4.4.2

Hello to All!

I have a rooted Posh S240 with android 4.4.2 and the APN are not editable. I have added to apns-conf.xml the data of my operator and edit /data/data/com.android.settings/shared_prefs/com.android.settings_preferences.x­ml to set the new apn but not work. Any solution? Eventually there is a simple way or an apk to make selectable the apns in android 4.4.2?

The phone is a Posh micro. At the end I solved with a factory reset, and after this the phone set new apn automatically.

Utilize a previous release of Python for Android (and probably older buildozer too). Since this is no longer supported, I'm not sure which version you'd require.
