Did you do something to the phone? Install a ROM or factory reset?

You will need to get it from someone who has the same phone from you. I believe @khonshu has this phone and should be able to provide it.

The other possibility is that you are entering the AT command incorrectly. Can you post exactly what you have entered as the AT command?

Try to put the IMEI in quotes and make sure it's SIM #1 for 1,7,

Did you reboot the phone after sending the AT command? You must reboot. Also make sure your SIMs are properly inserted. I know that sounds silly, but I've put them in the wrong way a few times myself.

After reboot, check your IMEI by going to Settings > About Phone > Status > IMEI. If your IMEI are there, then there's likely different problem happening.

The NVRAM WARNING has nothing to do with the SIM radios not working.
