Hi all I got a HDC clone note 4 and could not install MTK-TWRP/MTK-PhilZ .
This what I did to fix that .
You have to be rooted . And have A root file explorer installed.

then go to system (Root) then system you should see buid.prop . you going to edit it .

persist.sys.cpu.name=MTK6582 this is the place you put your CPU in I am mt6582 you may not be just put your right one in save it reboot phone run MTK-TWRP or MTK-PhilZ and it well see the right CPU and install

Yes its a HDC clone 4 . and at that line was Qualcomm . so it came back this is for MTK CPU
I put the right one in and it installed on bugs
