I have a BLU Studio II S (D572a) also but mine will not go past the BLU Startup page. If I hold the volume Up and power button it takes me into a menu that says
Select Boot Mode:
Recovery Mode
Fastboot Mode
Normal Mode

I watched a YouTube video that said to go into recovery, then select Wipe Cache Partition, then Delete All again. It reboots and the screen will act like its doing something and it will say Apps starting but it just stays that way until you stop it or it dies.

I need serious HELP!! Can someone please help me?!?!?!?

At first, try to select recovery mode ... and then, wipe cache & wipe dalvik ... and make a Factory Reset.
