this is Franky from Germany. Is there anybody who can help me with this problem? The Microphone of my M Pai 809 T doesnt work any more since one day ago. The reset i made has not shot the problem. I call for any help.

Maybe you wanted to say "MPIE" (on the net someone call it MPAI ... and someone call it MPIE). Well ... actually my phone is an MPIE G7. At first, I suggest you to download and install the next version of SP Flash Tool :

Remember to enable USB debugging mode on your phone. And then, I suggest you to download the next firmware :

Connect your phone on your pc with USB cable ... and run SP Flash Tool. Follow step by step the video-tutorial below (from minute 5:45 until the end of video) :

Befor flashing the smartphone I have made a Hardware-Test with the Tool Z-DeviceTest
By using The Diagnostic Tool it shows me, that the Microphone does not work. What can I do now?
Dear Franky,
You have two options :
1) replace the microphone if your device is still under warranty.
2) try the solution that I suggested you in my last post.
