Sorry, i don't got a video and i'm a bit busy to make one.
Step 1 Remove the sim card bay and start from the black plastic on the back pushing it up, it's really hard without a plastic screwdriver. When u removed it, unscrew what u find.
Step 2 the bad job, You have to use an old credit card along the perimeter of the glass (I have a little bit broken as it is fragile to bending, be careful) and a plastic screwdriver to put off the back cover (it's glued so i have cutted two point of inside plastic shell).
Step 3 place the no.1 p7 vertical and push the screen up taking it where you took the first piece of black plastic and push forward. So it should be separated.

If you have an iphone/s4 opening with it is really easy....
