Your screenshot about CPU-Z seems to tell you that your phone is already rooted "Root Access : Yes".
Try to install "Root Checker" apk to verify it.

If you have not already made any changes to your phone, I suggest you to follow the steps below.
1) make a full backup with MTK Droid Tools (last version 2.5.3). You will find the tutorial here :

2) Install TWRP custom recovery (it is fundamental to have a custom recovery installed ... in particular if your phone goes in soft brick ... it happens sometimes). You will find the tutorial here (and also some root tools) :
