The recovery can be extracted from the zip and flashed by SP Flash Tool (For those of you unexperienced with getting SP Flash Tool up and running, please see [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]), or if you've already got a custom recovery installed, you can update via SD Update. You also SHOULD be able to [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register], which allows you to flash from within Android.
Make sure you have access to stock recovery backup before flashing.
