Hello,
I have a serious problem my H18 Noa H42 is completly dead (power button, charger, recovery.... therese is no response.

Luckily on August 16th I made a backup in MTK Droid because my Phone already was bricked and I sent it to service because it has a Warranty Card which is still active but i don't want wait 40 days to get my phone back.

So MTK Droid didn't detect my phone so i started searching on the web and I found this video on YT. I downloaded his pack with tools. A made everything as he makes in his video. In video he used SP_Flash_Tool_Windows_v5.1516.00 and so did I but but my phone keps connecting and reconecting although all driver are installend on my PC (windows 7) . In video he said that when you have such problem you need to press the volume up, down, power button or combination with this button but this doesn't work with my phone. So i gave up.

At the end I decided is SP tool load my scatter file from my backup an I selected Format all +Download but after a few minutes got the following error (please see the first picture)

So I beg someone to give me some advice and help me.

Try older version of flash tools 3.1324 or 5.1324 or older. Do the same thing, format and download. If you can find the stock ROM, that's good. If not, try with your backup.

But I don't see stock firmware for H18 there. You mean you used random MT6582 ROM?

No. in SP flash tool always tried with my backup file from august 16th. Which is the backup of the rom that was installed on my my phone when i first bought it.

So why I'm getting this errors. doest that mean that my phone is compleatly dead and that i can repair it anymore. So does that means that my backup is useless? or I'm doing something wrong? Pleaase give me tipp how to restore the backup because I don't want to wait 40 days that the phone get's repaired

i have stock update zip file and sp flash boot.image and recovery image also.

how to recover my mobile...
