This phone is awesome, but when I tap a quick setting, it opens a random app instead of activating that quick setting function :/ anyone else have that?

Have the latest OTA from Mlais (stock). I did a factory reset and so far the problem is gone.

I have two other problems:
1. The microphone at speaker mode is too low.
2. The video is very blurry.
Do you have these problems too?

I'm not sure I understand
1. you mean when you do speaker phone call, you can't hear them? or when you listening to music the speaker is too quiet?
2. you mean when you make a video with camera, or when you watching a video?

Okay, I understand now. I didn't do a speaker call yet. I will test and report back here.
The video, yes it's not so good. The camera is the weak spot of this phone. I don't care. I won't be taking some serious photographs with it. It can capture the moment, that's good enough for me. If they put a good camera in Mlais MX, it would have been too good to be true. The phone is almost perfect except for that.
